Checks are typically mailed out within one business day of the time we receive your package and arrive within 2-8 business days thereafter, but may take longer depending on mail speed and distance. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Inspect the items you are selling. Make sure they are factory sealed and unexpired. If there are any stickers or labels on the box please leave them on and we will remove them. If you attempt to remove the labels, damage caused to the box by improper removal of a sticker may disqualify the submission.

Place the items you are selling in the prepaid box you’ve been provided. You can use newspaper or tissue paper to cushion the interior of the box so the contents don’t get damaged in shipping.

Tape the box shut. Note that the pre-paid shipping label should already be stuck on the outside of your package.

Take your package to your local USPS post office or have your mail carrier pick it up.

Do you also buy lancets, meters, needles or any other diabetic supplies?

No, we are only buying diabetic test strips at this time.

How and when will I be paid for the supplies I send you?

We pay via business check by mail. Checks are typically mailed out within one business day of the time we receive your package and arrive within 2-8 business days thereafter, but may take longer depending on the postal service.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. When you request to sell us your supplies we mail you a package at our own expense, containing a return package and a prepaid shipping label. You do not incur any shipping costs when dealing with us whatsoever.

Is there a way for me to get paid faster?

Yes, we can send over one of our local drivers who will be able to inspect your products and pay you cash today! Please call us at 1-315-496-8595 for more information.

Should I remove prescription labels on the boxes before I send them to you?

No. We will remove prescription labels in a way that does not damage the boxes, and destroy the label to protect your privacy. Feel free to use a magic marker to mark through identifying information if you’d like, but do not attempt to remove the label yourself as damage caused to the box by improper removal may disqualify your submission.

Can I sell diabetic supplies that are expired, damaged or used?

No, we do not pay for expired, damaged or used supplies.
